While Chris was in town he wanted to see the ocean, so we went to La Jolla and saw Seal Beach. There is a cool walkway that you can go out on or you can go down to the sand as long as you stay behind the rope. Right now there a bunch of new pups being born, and they are so cute. It is fun to watch them sit there, wriggle around on their fat little bodies, or swim up to shore (they wait until they can take a wave in). They are such a lazy animal : )

BYU vs. SDSU
I don't really have much to say about this one. BYU played SDSU this last weekend and it was not a pretty sight, but Casey still wanted me to post pictures. We only lost by 12 points and we're still going to at least have a piece of the conference championship (if we beat Utah on Saturday we'll win for sure), but it wasn't a fun game. Let's just say that the SDSU fans were not very classy as they showed their obvious dislike for BYU.
Sea World
Our friends Chris, Jeffrey, and Rick came into town to visit us and go to the BYU vs. SDSU game. The friday before the game we went to Sea World and had a great time. We went all over and saw the dolphin show, Shamu show, petted the bat rays, saw the moray eels, went in the shark encounter and the manatee rescue, and went on two rides. Casey and I got fun cards (go one day get the rest of the year free), so we're excited to go back again and again.
Dolphin Show (it was funny and the dolphins are amazing)

Day at the Museums
One Saturday Casey and I were planning on going to Balboa Park to visit the museums because it is museum month and we get half off, so we asked Janelle and Garth if any of the kids would want to go, so we took everybody that was home (Garin, Ethan, Trevon, Starlee, and Ryden). It was definately an experience taking 5 kids to the museums, what with changing diapers, one of them throwing up, and a little bit of whining : ) We survived though, and everyone had fun.

Sunset
When we were at the Viejas (the outlet stores 3 miles from where we're living) there was a beautiful sunset and I had to take a picture. I'm always glad when I see something I want to take a picture of and happen to have a camera. It makes life so much easier. Plus, it was the perfect ending to a great day of shopping : )

Casey's Office
I'm so proud of Casey and how hard he works to provide for our family, so I'm always excited to see where he works and show it off to everyone : ) He is working for Deloitte right now and this is his office in downtown San Diego.
USA Sevens Rugby Tournament
The USA Sevens Rugby Tournament was in San Diego at Petco Park for the first time, so we decided that it would be fun to go. Team USA isn't so hot, but we saw some pretty good games and the weather was beautiful. It was seven-on-seven and each game was only 15 min, so it went by pretty quick. The Kenyan fans were definately the loudest and outnumbered everyone else. Afterwards we went to a rubgy festival and had some delicious tri-tip sandwiches. It was a great day!
USA vs. England (England scored, but it was a good tackle)

New Additions
We are now the proud aunt and uncle of 10 nieces and nephews. On December 29, our nephew Jared Michael (sorry no pictures yet) was born to Jocelyn, Jason, and Jon, but we were lucky enough to be in town already when Joanna and Broc had their first, Brady Lewis, on February 5. Janelle and I went to the hospital that night to see him. Casey was working that night, but he had the chance to see and hold Brady when Broc and Joanna came to dinner a few nights later. We are so excited for both of my sisters, and CONGRATULATIONS!

La Jolla Tide Pools
On our first free Saturday, we went to the tide pools with Garth, Janelle, and the kids. It was a beautiful day at the beach and we're so happy to be in warm weather. There were so many pretty things that I took pictures of, but as always I had to hold back. Here are a few of the cool things we saw.
